Kerry Davis, Jr. is a life-long Rutherford County resident. While working with his dad, Kerry, Sr. he was exposed to people from all walks of life. Both his Grandfather, Howard Hunter, Sr. and his father taught Kerry, Jr. the value of hard work and integrity; there were also a few others influencing Kerry along the way. Since he was a boy, Kerry worked with his father in the family business of washing cars, allowing him to learn about his community and the people that make it special. Kerry grew up around rental properties and got his first taste of flipping Real Estate when he and his mother flipped a couple of investment vacation homes.

With the growth of Rutherford County, Kerry’s entrepreneurial spirit drew him to Real Estate, Real Estate investments and Auctions. Kerry received his Real Estate license on his 18th birthday – the youngest in Tennessee. Kerry graduated from the Nashville Auction School and has the unique designation of being the youngest graduate.  Kerry went on to work as an apprentice at Maples Realty & Auction, upon completing his apprenticeship he completed the required exam and earned his Principal Auctioneers License.  Having the distinction of being the youngest Principal Auctioneer. 

Upon receiving his Principal Auctioneer's License, Kerry decided it was time take his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for people, auctions, and real estate to venture out on his own and establish On The Spot Auction Company, the parent company to  HWY 70 On-Line Auction Co.  

When he is not working, Kerry likes spending time at the trap field, fishing, and helping others. In his early years, Kerry was an American Trap Association (ATA) – Sub Jr. All-American. Kerry also tried his hand at International Trap where he held the title of SCTP – Tennessee Junior Olympic J3 Champion (14 and younger) that year.

Kerry enjoys meeting people and helping them get to where they want to be, whether it is a new home, relocation, investment property or auctioneering. Kerry would love the opportunity to use his passion for Real Estate and knowledge of the community to work with you!
